Our office is located in downtown Ipswich, MA next to
the historic Choate Bridge and the Ipswich River.
BY CAR
*From the South*
*
Follow Route
128 North, toward Gloucester.
*
Take Exit 20 onto Route 1A North (toward Ipswich and Hamilton). Stay on 1A for about 7 miles,
passing through North Beverly, Wenham ,and Hamilton and into Ipswich.
*
In Ipswich continue past the turnoff to Essex at the intersection of Route
133 and Route 1A ( Cable
Gardens – the old Cable Hospital is on your right).
*
As you pass the South Green and the Whipple House on your left with Argilla Road
and the Heard House on your right, Route 1A makes a sharp bend to the left
and back to the right, continuing past the old District Court / Town Hall
and Getty Station, which will both be on your right.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GETTY STATION, Turn right into the 2nd driveway into
the parking lot at 4 South
Main Street. There is a prominent Coldwell
Banker Realty sign on the front of the building and a very small #4 on the
tree by the driveway.

If you go over the Choate Bridge and reach Market Street (on the left) and the
center of Ipswich, you have gone too far.

Go to the rear of the building and go in through the rear entrance, up to
the 2nd floor, into to the office area and down the end of the hall to No.
5.
(As of August 1, 2005, we will also be in Suite No. 8, also on the 2nd
floor.)
*From the North*

Take either Interstate 95 or Route 1 to Route 133. Route 133 is Exit
54 off of I95.Route 133 intersects with Route 1 at the set of lights at the
Agawam Diner.

Take Route 133 south toward Ipswich.
In Rowley, Route 133 merges with Route 1A and makes a right turn at stop
sign. Continue south on Route 133/1A.

As you come into Ipswich, you will pass
Sovereign Bank on your right. About 4 blocks further you will pass Market Street (Ipswich's main commercial street) and town hill with
a granite monument on your left. The Choate Bridge Pub is on your
right.

IMMEDIATELY at the bottom of the bridge turn left into the driveway to 4

From North Station in Boston, take any train
going to Newburyport.

From Ipswich Station turn right out of the parking lot onto Market Street.
Walk three blocks down to South
Main Street.

Turn right on South Main
Street at the Choate Bridge Pub and walk
across the Choate
Bridge. 4 South Main Street
is directly across the street after going over the bridge. Walk time
- less than 10 minutes.

Note: This walk will improve when the new pedestrian bridge opens for the
Ipswich River Walk. The bridge will shorten the walk and improve the
view. Watch this site for announcement of the opening.
